Refund policy

To be eligible for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT all products must be packed in the original condition. To exchange your product you have 3 days to email us at sales@juanitawhitecouture.com after your purchase with your contact details and the reason for the exchange. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the product, unless it was defective. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
